Shipping & Returns

HANDLING AND SHIPPING

 

Our orders have a 2-3 day processing time, you will be sent a notification email when your item has been shipped.

All items are posted using Royal Mail First Class Service and should arrive to most destinations the following working day.

Orders under £15 have a £3.00 postal charge.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

If you change your mind you have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days -  providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging still attached.

We will only refund the initial postage costs if any, if the entire order is returned.

Please call our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 1992 440 293 to be issued a Job number and advised of the shipping instructions and send items in their original packaging back to:

If your goods are damaged, mis-described, not fit for purpose or faulty please email ukbaby@bpm.com.au to let us know the details. If necessary, we will arrange for the return of the product to us.

When returning items we strongly recommend that you send your items by a recorded service as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We do not pay for return postage if the item is not faulty.
